Your body was meant to move. It was never meant to stay in a small space for hours at a time. This new line of work is now the definition of many in our society's lives. So many are trying to find the "healthy way" to work at a computer. A "healthy way" does not exist because you were never meant to do it.
The body wants movement. If you're not moving, the body wants you to relax. (Why do you think we naturally slouch when we sit?). Sitting for long periods of time stagnates the blood throughout the body. And no matter how many ways you try and find the right way to do it, it is still something you're not supposed to be doing. When you get out of a car or out of your office chair and you are stiff, that is the stagnation.
If a sedentary job is one you endure everyday then you must understand the health problems that will naturally comes with lack of movement.
