The River Stone Shiatsu Association was created to help all aspiring practitioners trained in the art of Sennin-So Shiatsu to have a supportive community for enhanced education and representation.  Practitioners are interested in offering this service in different parts of the United States of America and to do so takes time to build a clientele and a reputation in these areas.

We hope that, through The River Stone Shiatsu Association,  we can speed up that process so that each therapist can achieve financial success faster so they can put their energy and passion into the art itself.

The number of practitioners trained to perform Sennin-So Shiatsu is growing and the reputation of its efficacy is spreading.  Since 2015, Sennin-So Shiatsu has been utilized by a growing list of professional sports teams and athletes from around the country as they see the overall improvement in injury prevention and growth in their performance.

Patrons from around the country who experience this art always ask if anyone from where they're from practices this technique.  It is our hope that soon, one day, this art is found being performed by skilled and passionate practitioners in every state of this amazing country.

Members of the association receive continuous training and education as well as advertisement for their personal business.   They are exclusively invited to events put on by The River Stone and can utilize The River Stone Shiatsu Association throughout their own personal advertisements.  Members also have the opportunity to teach The River Stone Shiatsu's curriculum on Sennin-So Shiatsu when they've qualified.

 

To become a member it is required  that you have been trained by Master Shimizu or through a lineage of practitioners trained by him at one point.

Practitioners of Sennin-So Shiatsu hold a special bond with each other as this art has touched their hearts each in a different way.  Forming a community of likeminded providers allows all of these special practitioners the opportunity to continue on this amazing art for generations to come.
